Summary of services
SCCG assumes that healing is relational. This means we all have the inherent capacity for health when given the right tools and supportive experiences in relationship with significant people or parts of ourselves. SCCG uses an attachment and trauma informed approach to support families and individuals growth in this way. SCCG sees parent/caregiver involvement in services as crucial to the progress of younger clients, as well as an opportunity for parents to cultivate courage and self compassion toward their own healing. Counselors integrate issues of wellness including sleep, routine, play/movement, social, nutritional, and spiritual areas of life.
