Clinician rates vary based upon experience, level of education, and specialties. If your clinician is in-network with your specific insurance, you will pay their contracted rates.
If your clinician is out-of-network, we will provide a “super bill” upon request to provide your insurance company to access your out-of-network benefits if available. The easiest way to find out what your insurance will cover is to contact your insurance company to determine your coverage and benefits.

Accepted Payment: credit card, cash or check, Zelle, and most HSA plans
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $99 per missed session.
Right to a Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

- Outpatient Therapy with Licensed or License eligible Clinician: $150 – $175/ hr
- Outpatient Therapy with Graduate Student or Intern: $75/hr
- Parent Support Service $100/ hr
- ASD Caregiver Support and Skills Group 8 week series, 1.5 hrs each group, $1100 for series
